Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish.

Stir the reposado tequila, Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur, agave syrup, and orange bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail and place it as a garnish.
