Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure it's properly cooled.

Prepare an orange zest twist and a skewered Luxardo maraschino cherry, lightly sprayed with chocolate bitters, for garnish.

In a mixing glass, combine the cognac, cherry liqueur, Adriatico Amaretto liqueur, and chocolate bitters. Add ice and stir until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Express the orange zest twist over the drink to release its oils, then place it as a garnish on the rim of the glass.

Finish by garnishing with the skewered maraschino cherry.
