Lychee Rickey

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish by cutting a long string of lime zest.

Shake the gin, lychee liqueur, and freshly squeezed lime juice with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with ice, while simultaneously pouring in the soda water.

Garnish by placing the lime zest string inside the glass.
