Prepare the referenced lime cordial using Jeffrey Morgenthaler's complete formula: combine 250 g sugar, 240 ml hot water, 45 ml fresh lime juice, 8 g freshly grated lime peel and 25 g citric acid. Blend at medium speed for 30 seconds, fine strain, bottle and refrigerate. Measure the listed 25 cc portion.
Stir the listed gin, spiced pear liqueur and prepared lime cordial with ice. Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass and garnish with the listed dried lime slice.
