Instructions

Stir the bourbon, rye, honey syrup, Aperol, Peychaud's Bitters, maraschino liqueur, and Bitter Truth Bogart’s bitters with ice until well chilled.

Rinse a Old Fashioned Glass with absinthe to coat the interior and discard any excess.

Strain the stirred mixture into the absinthe-rinsed glass.

Garnish with twists of orange and lemon peel.

For batch preparation, pre-mix the ingredients with water and store. When ready to serve, pour into an absinthe-lined glass and garnish as above.

Serve the strained cocktail over fresh ice in the old fashioned glass.
