Chill a cocktail coupe glass in advance to ensure it’s perfectly prepared for serving.

Gently muddle mint leaves in a shaker, then add freshly squeezed lime juice, ground powdered sugar, agricole blanc rhum, and Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe.

Stir the mixture until the powdered sugar has completely dissolved.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Finish by garnishing with a bouquet of mint sprigs, securing them elegantly on the rim of the glass.
