Done & Done

Chill a cocktail coupe by placing it in the freezer. Add the absinthe to the glass, swirling it around to evenly coat the inside, then return the glass to the freezer.

Combine the almond liqueur, sherry, Campari, orange flower water, lavender syrup, and Aztec Chocolate bitters in a shaker filled with ice. Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the contents of the shaker into the prepared coupe glass.
