Combine the green banana liqueur, pineapple juice, and coconut cream with crushed ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

If a blender is unavailable, wrap ice cubes in a towel and crush them with a mallet. Transfer the crushed ice to a shaker, add the ingredients, and shake vigorously. Pour the mixture and remaining crushed ice into the Cognac glass.
