Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure it is ready for serving.

Combine the calvados, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, Monin grenadine syrup, and egg white or cocktail foamer in a shaker with ice.

Shake the mixture thoroughly with ice, then strain it back into the shaker, discarding the ice.

Dry shake the ingredients again to emulsify the mixture properly.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the grapefruit zest twist over the drink to release its aromatic oils, then use it as a garnish.
