Dark Heart

Place a large ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass and rinse the glass with absinthe, coating the interior with its aromatic essence.

In a separate mixing glass, combine the bourbon, Ramazzotti, Averna, Campari, and Fernet Branca. Stir the mixture well to chill and harmonize the flavors.

Strain the absinthe out of the Old Fashioned glass, keeping the ice cube in place.

Pour the mixed cocktail over the prepared ice cube in the glass.

Serve without a garnish.
