Three Gulps Martini

Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish by stuffing a large olive with Gorgonzola or Roquefort cheese. Ensure the garnish is well chilled.

Stir the Ketel One Vodka, Ambrato/ambre/amber vermouth, and Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry with ice until well mixed.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled martini glass.

Garnish with the cheese-stuffed olive.
