Chill an Old Fashioned glass in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.

Prepare a garnish by selecting fresh raspberries.

Muddle the raspberries at the bottom of a mixing glass to release their juices.

Add Hayman's London Dry Gin, Hayman's Sloe Gin liqueur, and Strucchi Red Bitter to the mixing glass.

Stir the mixture with ice until well-chilled and combined.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, ideally using a large cube or a substantial block of ice.

Finish by garnishing the cocktail with fresh raspberries placed on top of the ice.
