The Count's Swizzle

Add the Pisco, Campari, Velvet Falernum, Strega, and freshly squeezed lemon juice directly into an Old Fashioned glass.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Swizzle the mixture until frost forms on the outside of the glass.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
