How to make Slow & Unsteady with Gin, Yellow Herbal Liqueur, Lemon Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.
Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe glass.
Prepare your garnish by setting aside a basil leaf and aromatic bitters.
Shake the gin, yellow herbal liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup, listed 5 basil leaves and egg white with ice, then strain the mixture back into the shaker.
Dry shake the mixture without ice to achieve a smooth emulsification.
Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with three drops of aromatic bitters and float a basil leaf on top to finish.
