Chill a cocktail coupe in the freezer to prepare it for serving.

Add Irish whiskey, orange liqueur, aromatized wine, freshly squeezed lime juice, and bitters into a cocktail shaker.

Sprinkle a pinch of Himalayan pink rock salt into the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and give it a vigorous shake to properly chill and mix the ingredients.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.
