Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Prepare a garnish using a pineapple wedge, a Luxardo Maraschino cherry, and mint sprigs.

Dry blend the light white rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice on a slow setting. If desired, gradually add xanthan gum while continuing to blend.

Add a scoop of crushed ice to the mixture and blend further.

Pour the blended mixture into the chilled highball glass.

Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs and a pineapple wedge skewered with a cherry on the rim.
