Chill an Old Fashioned glass in advance to enhance the cocktail experience.

Prepare a peach wedge for garnish and set aside.

In a shaker, combine La Fée Parisienne absinthe, peach schnapps liqueur, and grenadine or pomegranate syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass over crushed ice while simultaneously pouring in the chilled lemon-lime soda.

Garnish with the prepared peach wedge.
