Cocogroni

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of coconut flakes.

Stir the coconut rum liqueur, Italian red bitter liqueur, and Strucchi Rosso Vermouth with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, preferably over a large cube or block of ice.

Garnish by sprinkling coconut flakes over the surface.
