Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

In a mixing glass, add the gin, rhum agricole, bianco vermouth, and crème de banane.

Add a few dashes of orange bitters to the mixing glass.

Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until well chilled.

Discard the ice water from the martini glass.

Strain the chilled mixture into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it on the rim or in the glass.
