Select and pre-chill a Highball Glass.

Prepare a garnish by gently opening a physalis (cape gooseberry) for decoration.

Vigorously shake the freshly squeezed orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, and orgeat syrup with ice.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Highball Glass.

Garnish by placing the physalis on the rim of the glass.

Serve the strained cocktail over fresh ice in the highball glass.
