Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a strip of lemon zest.

Shake the straight rye whiskey, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White vegan egg white alternative, or Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer along with a saline solution or a pinch of salt with ice. Then strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Perform a dry shake without ice.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail and place it as a garnish.
