Cucumber Lime Swizzle

Shake the gin, lime juice, Lillet Blanc, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and cucumber slices vigorously with ice. This will naturally muddle the cucumber as you shake.

Double strain the mixture into a highball glass.

Fill the glass with crushed ice and top with soda water.

Stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a cucumber slice, a lime wedge, or both.
