Chill a cocktail coupe until ready to use.

Combine cognac, calvados, pear eau de vie, herbal liqueur, maraschino liqueur, orange liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, pineapple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail coupe.

Garnish with a "flower" of lemon peel encircling a brandied cherry.
