Saúco Margarita

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Optionally, rim the glass with salt by moistening the outside edge with lime or orange juice, then dipping it into salt.

Prepare a lime wedge for garnish.

Shake the reposado tequila, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, and Difford's Daiquiri Bitters with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish with the lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
