Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a lime wedge for garnish.

Combine the cachaça, overproof white rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar cane syrup, coconut water, Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur, and Difford's Daiquiri Bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously to blend the flavors.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the prepared lime wedge.
