Use the specified prepared components: Hellfire Habanero Shrub (Bittermens); Simple syrup (peppercorn-infused).

Combine the mezcal, Sorel liqueur, peppercorn-infused simple syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, and Hellfire Habanero Shrub in a cocktail shaker. Shake the mixture vigorously to properly blend the ingredients. Strain the cocktail into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Serve without a garnish.
