Ferrobaldi Cocktail

Squeeze the orange juice using a pillar or elbow press and fine strain it to remove any pulp.

Blend the freshly squeezed juice at high speed without ice to create a "fluffy" texture.

Pour the Ferro China and half of the fluffy orange juice into a highball glass over two cubes of ice, and stir gently.

Add more ice to the glass, and top it off with the remaining fluffy orange juice.
