Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice.

Add the apple brandy and pineapple juice to the glass.

Pour in the sweet vermouth and add 3 dashes of absinthe.

Enhance the mixture with a dash of Peychaud's Bitters and a dash of Angostura Bitters.

Gently roll the cocktail by pouring it back and forth between the glass and a mixing tin to combine the ingredients.
