How to make Mountain Strawberry with Non-Alcoholic Bitter Aperitif, Lime Juice, Strawberry Syrup. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Muddle a fresh strawberry with a few mint sprig leaves to prepare the garnish and set aside.
Combine the Everleaf Mountain non-alcoholic aperitif, freshly squeezed lime juice, strawberry sugar syrup, Difford's Daiquiri Bitters, and saline solution or pinch of salt in a shaker.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Fine strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish with the prepared strawberry and mint sprig, and finish with a couple of grinds of black pepper on top.
