How to make Tango (by Mattia Capezzuoli) with Tequila Blanco, Bitter Aperitif, Lime Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Chill a highball glass in advance.
Prepare a grapefruit wedge for garnish.
Combine the blanco tequila, Santoni L'Aperitivo, freshly squeezed lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
Open the shaker and add the chilled Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit soda.
Strain the mixture into the prepared, ice-filled highball glass.
Garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
