Select and pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe.

Prepare a garnish of grated eighty-five-percent cacao chocolate.

Shake all ingredients with ice, holding both ends of the shaker firmly to accommodate foaming from the stout.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Dust with chocolate shavings.
