Fill a shaker with ice.

Add the Mangaroca Batida de Côco, Ron Barcelo Blanco, coconut cream, liquid cream, banana juice, and mango nectar.

Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds until the mixture becomes creamy.

Fill a double old fashioned glass with a few ice cubes.

Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass.
