Heart-shaped Box

Muddle the strawberry in a cocktail shaker until well crushed.

Add the cognac, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, balsamic vinegar, and a dash of bitters to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously to combine all the ingredients.

Double strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail coupe filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry to finish.
