How to make Carajillo Highball with Tequila Reposado, Vanilla Liqueur, Espresso. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Select and pre-chill a highball glass.
Moisten the outside rim of the glass with lime or orange juice and dip it into salt to coat.
Shake the reposado tequila, Licor 43 Original liqueur, and Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot espresso) with ice until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with chilled Thomas Henry soda water.
Garnish with an orange wedge.
