Chill a cocktail coupe in preparation for serving.

Create a garnish by twisting a lemon zest and skewering a fresh raspberry.

Muddle the raspberries at the bottom of a shaker.

Add the Irish whiskey, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, Monin Raspberry Syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Green Chartreuse, and a dash of La Fée Parisienne absinthe to the shaker.

Shake the mixture with ice until well chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils and then discard the twist.

Finish by garnishing with the skewered raspberry.
