Apple Sidecar (Clear Creek)

Chill a martini glass and rim it with sugar.

In a shaker, combine vodka, Clear Creek apple brandy, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and tangerine juice.

Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.

Garnish with shredded tangerine peel.
