Rita Hayworth (juice variation)

Muddle the sage leaf with agave syrup at the bottom of a shaker.

Add the blanco tequila, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and honey to the shaker.

Shake the mixture vigorously with ice to chill and combine the flavors.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with a fresh sage leaf before serving.
