Roman Sour

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of a coin-sized twist of orange or lemon zest.

Shake the bourbon whiskey, Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, orgeat almond liqueur, and saline solution with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the twist of lemon or orange zest over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
