Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Rim the glass with Tajín seasoning by moistening the outside edge with lime or orange juice and dipping it into the Tajín.

Prepare a garnish of a dehydrated lime slice wheel.

Shake the mezcal, cranberry juice, bittersweet orange-red aperitivo, freshly squeezed lime juice, and Difford's Margarita Bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the prepared, ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with the dehydrated lime slice wheel.
