Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
Combine the rum, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau, and pistachio liqueur in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Add a dash of Regans' orange bitters to the mixture.
Stir the ingredients gently until well chilled.
Empty the ice water from the martini glass and strain the cocktail into it.
Garnish with a single pistachio to finish.
