Combine the Cointreau, silver tequila, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, and strawberries in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a cocktail shaker and add a few ice cubes. Shake the contents well.

Prepare the margarita glass by moistening the rim with a sliced lemon. Dip the rim in fine crystal sugar, then gently tap off any excess sugar.
