Chill an Old Fashioned glass in advance to ensure it's ready for serving.

Prepare a lime wedge to use as a garnish.

Add the Caribbean blended rum, falernum liqueur, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, old-fashioned bitters, and egg white or cocktail foamer into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously to combine, then strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to properly emulsify the ingredients.

Strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the prepared lime wedge.
