Prepare the rhubarb syrup: peel and chop 4 rhubarb stalks, heat with 7 oz water and boil until the rhubarb becomes a purée. Strain, then strain again through a coffee filter. Add an equal volume of sugar, bottle and refrigerate. Use the listed 1/3 oz portion.

Use the specified prepared components: Orange cream citrate.

Add the light rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, homemade rhubarb syrup, and ginger syrup into a cocktail shaker.
