Pixie Fingers

The required herb-infused agave component contains pineapple sage, rosemary and thyme. Have this prepared and strained before mixing.

Start with these components prepared in advance: Agave syrup (Herb-Infused, see note).

Spiral thinly sliced cucumber inside a highball glass and fill it with ice.

Add the gin, herb-infused agave syrup, lemon juice, and lime juice to a shaker.

Shake the mixture well.

Strain the contents into the prepared highball glass.

Top with Fever Tree elderflower tonic water.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon wheel.
