Orange Earl Grey Iced Tea

Steep the loose Earl Grey tea and orange peel in boiling water for a few minutes.

Strain the tea or remove the tea bags and orange peel, then pour the liquid into a large pitcher.

Stir in the orange juice and sugar until the sugar fully dissolves.

Add cold water to the mixture.

Refrigerate until the tea is thoroughly chilled.

Serve over ice in a highball glass, garnished with orange wedges if desired.
