How to make Adonis Cocktail (Dale Degroff Variation) with Dry Vermouth, Fino Sherry, Orange Juice. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Shake the dry vermouth, fino sherry, fresh orange juice, and orange bitters with ice until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Flame an orange peel over the top of the cocktail to release its essential oils.
Garnish with the flamed orange peel, and optionally, dust the surface with grated nutmeg for an aromatic finish.
