Chill an Old Fashioned glass in advance to enhance the drinking experience.

Prepare a garnish by slicing an orange wheel.

Combine the blanco tequila, Italian red bitter liqueur, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, and blood orange juice in a shaker with ice. Shake or stir the mixture thoroughly to blend the flavors.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, ideally using a large cube or a substantial chunk of block ice.

Finish by garnishing with the prepared orange slice wheel.
