Apple Corps

Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice or placing it in the freezer.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the apple brandy, Fernet Jelínek, orgeat, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Empty the ice from the coupe if using, and double strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, expressing its oils over the surface of the drink before placing it in the glass.
