Mountain Cocktail

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe to ensure your drink is served at the optimal temperature.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Combine the bourbon whiskey, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White, or Fee Foam in a shaker with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously to chill and blend the ingredients, then strain the liquid back into the shaker.

Perform a dry shake without ice to create a silky texture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.

If desired, add a few drops of Bob's Abbotts bitters to enhance the flavor profile.

Garnish the drink with the skewered cherry before serving.
