Slice the washed white peaches into pieces and place them into a punch glass along with the zest of one lemon.

Sprinkle the sugar over the fruit and pour in half of the white wine.

Allow the mixture to chill and infuse in the refrigerator for one hour.

Add the sparkling wine and the remaining white wine to the infused mixture.
